I'm so excited!
This year has been a real change for me. The kids are in school quite a bit of the day. Now I can put a little more focus on my homemaking skills. I have been wanting to make a little better choices on my purchases. I will include these links, and highlight my favorite purchases. Keep in mind, I am not a pro, this has just become a hobby!
I love to buy my meat at Bilo. In my humble opinion, they have the best meat in town, and often have great deals!
I buy my milk at common cents. It is Cream of Weber, costs 2.49 and you can get a punch card where you buy 11, get the 12th one free!
I love to shop at Shopko. Shopko always has the best clearance deals!
I always do the bulk of my food shopping at Winco. I have found it to be the cheapest for groceries. They also have wonderful produce!
JC Penney and Sears have great end of the season clearances. Penneys also seems to always be having a sale of some sort.
Walmart is not my favorite store! I find way too much to buy, it is way too busy, and it takes forever to get out of the store--and yes, most of these reasons are my fault.
So those are my "everyday" shopping habbits. But, I have to say that while I do not do my "everyday" shopping at Albertsons, Smiths or Ridleys, these are to stores that I do my "stock up" shopping at. Last week I bought boxes of cereal and quacker granola bars for $1!!! These are my extremly fun deals!
FYI--Ridleys case lot sale is starting in just over a week on September 30th!
